🦋 Part 3: Heal — Allowing God to Restore You

Hopeful, empowering, deeply compassionate

Healing doesn’t happen overnight.

And it doesn’t always look like what we expect.

Sometimes healing is:

  • Learning to smile again

  • Setting boundaries

  • Letting go of what hurt you

  • Choosing peace, one day at a time

What Healing Really Looks Like

Healing is not pretending it didn’t hurt.

It’s:

  • Acknowledging the pain

  • Inviting God into it

  • Allowing transformation to happen slowly

Healing is sacred work.

💜 A Healing Declaration

Speak this over yourself:

“I am not broken beyond repair. God is restoring me—mind, body, and spirit. I am healing, even now.”

Scripture

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3

Reflection Prompt

What would it look like to give yourself permission to heal?
