Program availability and group appropriateness are determined before enrollment.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Gather Your Six

Choose six people who want to experience the journey together.

2. Choose Your Transformation

Select an eligible Group Transformation Program.

3. Submit Your Circle Request

Your Circle Organizer completes the initial inquiry.

4. Complete Enrollment

Each participant completes the required individual enrollment and screening materials.

5. Pay Together—or Separately

One person may purchase the entire circle, or each participant can pay their individual $366 portion.

6. Your Circle Is Confirmed

Once all six participants have completed enrollment requirements and the full group investment has been received, your private Transformation Circle can be scheduled.

7. Begin Your Transformation

Then it's time to enter the cocoon together.

ONE-PAY CIRCLE
One person pays the complete $2,196 group investment.

SPLIT-THE-CIRCLE
Each of the six participants pays $366 individually.

Regardless of the payment option selected, the entire $2,196 group investment must be received before the first Transformation Day is scheduled.

WANT TO ADD MORE PEOPLE?

Your base Private Transformation Circle includes six participants.

Additional participants may be added, when appropriate and space permits, for:

$347 per additional participant

Maximum group size is determined by the selected program and group format.

A NOTE ABOUT PRIVATE GROUPS

Because you'll be participating with people you already know, emotional safety matters.

Each participant must agree to the Private Transformation Circle guidelines, including expectations regarding:

• Respect

• Privacy

• No recording

• Appropriate group boundaries

• Voluntary sharing

• Respect for another person's decision not to disclose

• Healthy communication

• Individual responsibility for participation

No participant should be pressured to reveal personal information simply because other members of the circle are family or friends.

Participants should also understand that while Butterfly Counseling establishes confidentiality expectations for the group, complete confidentiality by other group members cannot be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT

Participation is subject to program appropriateness.

A Private Transformation Circle is not appropriate for every combination of participants or every presenting concern.

Following the initial inquiry, additional information may be requested before the group is accepted.

If another service or format appears more appropriate, recommendations may be provided.
