A 9-Week Shadow Work & Personal Growth Group Starting May 5, 2026 | Tuesdays | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Via Zoom Some of the biggest struggles in our lives come from the parts of ourselves we don’t fully understand, avoid, or don’t talk about — our fears, insecurities, past hurts, emotional triggers, and unhealthy patterns. These are often called our “hidden parts” or our “shadow.” This group is designed to help individuals safely explore those hidden areas, increase self-awareness, and begin the process of healing and personal growth. This group is for individuals who: Feel stuck in life Keep repeating the same relationship patterns Struggle with boundaries Struggle with anger, fear, or people-pleasing Feel overwhelmed emotionally Want to understand themselves better Want to grow emotionally and spiritually Are ready to be honest with themselves in order to heal This Group Will Include: Guided self-reflection Shadow work exercises Journaling prompts Group discussion Emotional awareness work Identifying behavioral patterns Boundary and identity work Breathing and meditation exercises Scripture and personal reflection Weekly homework for continued growth This group requires emotional readiness and a willingness to be honest with yourself.
